How We Work Together
This work is about more than insight - and more than following a fixed curriculum.
It’s a body-led process of discovery. Learning to listen more deeply, face the truth about what is here, and working with the patterns that arise in real time.
I’m not here to hand you a formula or give you all the answers.
I’m here to help you slow down enough to hear what your system is already revealing, shift the patterns that keep you stuck, and build the capacity to live in a new, more fulfilling way.
1.
Listen & Discover
Change begins with awareness.
Before we rush toward answers or try to force a shift, we begin by slowing down and listening more deeply. This stage is about curiosity, openness, and a willingness to discover what your body, emotions, and patterns are already revealing.
Awareness is the first step to change. When you bring compassionate attention to what is happening beneath the surface, what once felt frustrating or confusing begins to make more sense and opens the door to change.
The Shift: From self-judgment and urgency to curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen.
What it can sound like: From “Why can’t I just get it together?” to “Oh… this is how my system has been trying to protect me.”
The Goal: To create enough awareness and honesty for the deeper pattern to be seen.
Somatic growth is a spiral, not a straight line. We return to these phases with more awareness, more wisdom and more capacity each time.

Reveal & Shift
Once we begin listening more deeply, the underlying pattern starts to come into view. This stage is about recognizing the hidden fear, protective strategy, or internalized response that has been creating friction beneath the surface. Instead of pushing past it or making it wrong, we bring curiosity and compassion to what it has been trying to manage, prevent, or protect. When the pattern becomes clearer, it no longer has to run the whole show. That awareness creates the possibility for something new.
The Shift: From fighting the pattern to understanding what it has been trying to protect.
What it can sound like: From “I need to get past this” to “I’m willing to discover what this pattern is showing me.”
The Goal: To loosen the old patterns that keep you stuck, so you can respond with more choice instead of automatically reacting by overriding, suppressing, or pulling back.

Expand & Embody
As the old patterns begin to loosen, we create space for something new to take root.
This stage is about helping your system adjust to a different way of being. Instead of snapping back into old fear, tension, or self-protection, you begin building the capacity to stay present with more ease, more visibility, more joy, and more of what you actually want.
When change becomes something your body can live with, it stops feeling like a temporary breakthrough and starts becoming part of how you actually live.
The Shift: From expecting the other shoe to drop to building the capacity to stay present with success, expansion, and feeling good.
What it can sound like: From “This feels good, but what if it doesn’t last?” to “I’m learning to let this goodness stay.”
The Goal: To help ease, growth, and expansion become something you can receive and live more consistently.
Ways To Work With Me
There are different ways to begin, depending on the kind of support you’re looking for.
Transformational Coaching
My primary way of working with clients is through 6-month and 12-month coaching containers for people who are ready for deeper support, sustained transformation, and a committed space to work with the patterns that keep them from fully living, leading, and expressing who they are.
This is the strongest place to begin if you know you want more than a single breakthrough. Transformational coaching gives us the space to work with what is happening in real time, build momentum, and support change that becomes something you can actually live.

If you feel drawn to this work but aren’t ready to begin with a longer coaching container, the Upper Limit Breakthrough Intensive offers a meaningful first step.
This is a focused private coaching experience for one immediate issue, one recurring pattern, or one threshold moment you’re ready to explore and gain a new perspective on.
This is a good fit if you:
Want support around one specific area of stuckness.
Are not ready for a longer coaching container, but know you want meaningful support.
Want a smaller first step before deciding on deeper work.
It includes:
One 90-minute private coaching session
One 30-minute follow-up call
Personalized next steps to work with between sessions
Investment: $295
If you continue into a 6- or 12-month coaching package after the intensive, a portion of your investment can be applied toward your first month.

As a Certified Big Leap Coach and somatic practitioner, I help people recognize the hidden patterns that keep them stuck, reconnect with their deeper truth, and build the capacity to live with more ease, self-trust, and alignment.
This work is deeply personal to me. It’s not only something I’ve studied and been trained in, it’s something I’ve lived. I know from personal experience how transformative it can be to work with your body instead of against it.
I was trained directly by Dr. Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks in their Quantum Coaching system, and my approach blends body awareness, honest inquiry, and practical support for real life.
