I read this line in Glennon Doyle’s bestselling book, Untamed and I had a physical, full-body reaction.
“How does she know my life?!” I thought.
It was a feeling I’d been having, something I hadn’t yet been able to put into words. I knew right then and there I had to make a change. But where would I start?
Glennon describes a scene where she is at the Zoo with her daughter, watching Tabitha, a cheetah born into captivity who has never known the wild savannah.
They notice a moment when Tabitha turns ‘wild’, gazing off into the distance as if she can see the life outside her fenced-in world. Glennon pictures Tabitha envisioning the wild, thinking “something’s off about my life…”. The wild seems to be so real, she can almost taste it. But then Tabitha sadly turns back to her cage.
Glennon imagines Tabitha saying “I should be grateful. I have a good enough life here. It’s crazy to long for what doesn’t even exist.”
“Tabitha.” Glennon silently responds, “You are not crazy. You are a goddamn cheetah.”
Say it with me:
I am allowed to want more than good enough.
I am allowed to want more - joy, love, balance, rest, ease, success, wealth, play, abundance.
I am allowed to want MORE.

Yes! Coaching sessions are via phone call. There is no restriction for location or time-zone. We will work together to find a time that suits us both.

Absolutely! While coaching can be therapeutic, it is very different then therapy. I believe the more support you have on your “success team” the faster you will reach your goals.

Coaching focuses on the present and future, asks “what” and “how”. Supports a client to thrive & get to new heights.
Therapy typically deals with the past and the present. Asks “why”, may provide diagnosis. Supporting a client to get functionality to a level of normal.
